The Ordering and Return process is as follows:

• Although we do carry a healthy inventory, logically we can't carry all items.  Therefore, please be prepared that your item may need to be ordered from the EDIX headquarters in the Netherlands.  This usually takes approximately 2-3 weeks, but will greatly depend on time of year (November/December cause great delays).  Your item will go in a shipment that needs to be sorted here and your items are checked for quality before being shipped from Kamloops to you.

• All items are to be prepaid in full at time of ordering

• All shipping costs are to be paid by purchaser

• A discount may be offered if an order is received by email or after consultation but can't be offered to online orders.

CONSULTATION:

It is strongly recommended that you consult via phone, email or text (els@infinite-equine.ca, 250-819-4648 or Kristina 250-320-0747) to ensure that you are getting the right saddle and saddle fit for both you and your horse.  

DISCOUNT:

A discount may be offered in lieu of a saddle trial period.  If the discount is accepted, then the saddle is considered sold and can't be returned unless it is for warranty purposes.  

• 14 DAY SADDLE TRIAL:  

1. You have 14 days from receiving your order to try everything and we are  available for fitting help via phone, email, text, pictures, videos, etc.​

2. If you are happy, EXCELLENT!  I congratulate you on your new saddle

3. If you are not happy with a saddle just let me know and have it postmarked prior to the end of your 14 day trial.  Upon its arrival here in good, lightly used condition, I refund the full cost of the saddle minus a 10% restocking fee, tags must be attached. Saddle must be clean and unmarked and in perfect condition.  

4. Shipping cost will not be refunded.

5. Saddle pads, cinches/girths are subject to 20% restocking fee 

6. Shipping to be paid by purchaser for returned items.
