EDIX® Libre A complete treeless dressage saddle, with a deep seat and high knee rolls. Consisting of a 2-part superstructure of high quality nubuck cow leather and a substructure of a contoured saddle pad, including inlays. pendent position. As a result, the movements of the horse and rider become one, and from there, excellent communication is created. Because the horse is moving much more freely, it has the possibility to develop optimally, which is often shown by an increase in muscle mass. Due to the above and after the habituation period, both horse and rider, show in all aspect of horse riding more relaxation and a more fluid movement. The high cantle and knee rolls can be adjusted by Velcro making the position perfectly adaptable to the wishes of the dressage rider. Low and/or short knee-rolls, just as a low cantle, are optional. The pommel is interchangeable and, as such, adaptable to high or low withers. The pommel is made of fiberglass and the cantle is made of the soft material high density foam. Both link the left and right part of the saddle and together they offer stability to the saddle and comfort for the rider. Due to the saddle’s construction freedom of movement for the spine is created.
There is the option to choose a felt or a foam quilted saddle pad with an underside that is finished with a synthetic wool or a Australian Merino® sheepskin. Each of these pads are especially designed to fit the EDIX® treeless saddles, although they will also fit other treeless brands. Through their construction they are an addition on the pressure distributing materials of treeless saddles. The pads are anatomically shaped and equipped with the correct inlays ensure freedom of movement for the spine. If required, additional pressure and position distributing material can be added. The Libre felt saddle pad is finished with an elegant silver lining for a real dressage appearance. Besides the standard colours black and brown there is also a white version saddle pad available. The EDIX® Libre is allowed for official dressage competitions!
